Door Furniture
External Door fittings serve two purposes, they are firstly an important functional part of a period door and secondly they address the door with style and finish. Careful consideration is recommended in choosing the style and finish of your door furniture. We partner with “Knobs & Knockers”, “Carlisle Brass” “Balmar” and “Frankie Allart” to supply only the highest quality door furniture.
Security features & details
At The Period Door Company all our doors are constructed from solid hardwood and as standard are 56mm thick in 100mm frames. Multipoint throw locks and wind up heritage multi point locks are used as standard, with one piece design reinforced i-beam construction insures protection against forced entry.
